An exquisite refurbishment of a five bedroom house overlooking Hampstead Golf Course. The private Client was based overseas and Pall Mall Construction provided a full “Turn-Key” service.

This refurbishment project consisted of the full strip-out works to shell and core followed by the installation of new electrics, mechanical ventilation, audio visual, bespoke kitchen, bathrooms and specialist decorations.

The apartment had high ceilings throughout and Pall Mall Construction were appointed to provide a complete “turn-key” service including Project Management, Design Management, construction and supervision of the Soft furnishings.

This house was the pride of the family, and this meant there had been several attempts to refurbish it, which faltered due to not finding the correct team to complete the project.

We worked as a team, communicating proactively, demonstrating our previous projects to the client, so they could see what we are capable of, and how we work.

We suggested things the client had not considered, demonstrating the depth of our knowledge and experience.

We assisted in integrating certain items the client wanted to maintain into the project and were active in discussions and decisions that mattered to the client.

We took a keen interest in the client’s desires, and made sure these were always reflected in the construction and our approach.
