Overview

This was a project that involved refurbishing a private hosting area on a rooftop of a residence in central Mayfair.  This hosting area consisted of an internal room, conservatory area and outdoor seating area.  Pall Mall Refit were engaged to strip out the previous works, and install the following:

  • A new bathroom

  • Bar area

  • Internal timber floor

  • External decking

  • Air conditioning

  • Silent Glass Blinds

Our solutions involved a bespoke joinery unit to create the bar and shelving area, and using our tradesmen to create an excellent finished environment to host events that overlook many iconic sights and landmarks of the London skyline.
