This refurbishment is categorised under our “affordable luxury”. The simple reason, the client wanted the feel and look of “pure luxury”, but the budget was very constrained.
The property was a four-bedroom townhouse in a quite Kensington Mews. The refurbishment resulted in a “fashionable and chic” property which added value to the property and delighted the owner.

We utilized our supply chain, our knowledge of the market and suppliers to facilitate the optimum refurbishment of this apartment.
Our understanding of the market allowed us to provide many options for our client so they could realize their ambitions considering the budget was not reflective of a total high end fit out.

Pall Mall Refit provided a complete construction and management service. In order to achieve the quality within the small budget, we worked with the designers and client at inception stage.
Our advice and expertise allowed the designers to make tremendous savings without compromising the overall look and feel of the final product. The project was completed within budget, programme and excelled in quality.
