Porchester Place is in the fashionable area of Bayswater.  This project was the refurbishment of a three-bedroom townhouse to the exacting specifications of a “high-net worth” overseas client. 

Numerous changes were made by the client, before, during and after practical completion of the project. Pall Mall are proud that all changes were successfully implemented within budget and to an exceptionally high standard.

• We worked closely with the design team at a very early stage to agree timescales, material specifications and overall construction strategy for the refurbishment.
• The refurbishment consisted of new kitchen, bathrooms, polished concrete floors, polished plaster, bespoke furniture and the sourcing and supply of rare “cinema artwork”.
