Pall Mall provided management and design services to the discerning Client.

The project was completed to the highest standards, within budget and almost two months shorter than the agreed programme.

• Time was critical in completing this development so the client could move in.
• The workmanship had to be of the highest possible standard.
• The client made lots of decisions as the works progressed and the changes needed to be incorporated with minimal impact to the programme.

We worked as a collaborative team to get the site works progressing as well as possible, whilst factoring in the requirement to absorb decisions as they were made.

We communicated with the client, established a rapport and trust with them and worked through the project with their understanding of how the works would progress and how their decisions would impact the work at varying times. 

We were able to get the decision-making process aligned with the construction works and this meant progress was always maintained.
