Overview
An exquisite refurbishment in the heart of Westminster.
The private Client was based overseas, and Pall Mall provided a “high–end” specialist service.
This refurbishment project consisted of the initial strip-out works to shell and core followed by the installation of new electrics, mechanical ventilation, audio visual, bespoke kitchen, bathrooms and decorations. Specialist finishes were required for the floors, walls and bespoke steel staircase.
Our solutions
Pall Mall provided a complete construction and management service. The client was fully informed of all progress on a regular basis, especially as he is based overseas.
The project was completed within programme and budget, even though several changes were made by the overseas based client during the refurbishment.
This project was submitted to the Architectural Association for a “Design & Construction Quality” award, and we are proud to have been be involved in such a prestigious project.
