Overview

A complete refurbishment of the Ground Floor commercial space of Jacob Street. Pall Mall purchased and developed this property in a complete “Turn-Key” operation.

This project consisted of the full strip-out works to shell and core followed by the installation of new electrics, mechanical ventilation, heating, audio visual, bespoke kitchen, bathrooms and specialist security systems.

This refurbishment was to modernize this office space and make it attractive to new tenants in a highly competitive market.  We completed the works on time and on budget and it has been tenanted continuously ever since.  A great success and one we are proud of.
