Project Description
This was an extremely satisfying refurbishment we worked on, from inception to completion. We worked closely with the client primarily in a Project Management role, bringing our years of experience to this project, so they could benefit from our knowledge of how to complete a high end residential fit out, where attention to detail and understanding the clients needs were paramount.
Key challenges
- This was an excellent project which required the most opulent and prestigious finishes.
- The workmanship had to be faultless and perfect in every way.
- The client made lots of decisions as the works progressed and the changes needed to be incorporated with minimal impact to the programme.
Our solutions
We worked with the team to establish a working methodology that allowed for all decision making to follow a clear- and thought-out process.
We ensured that the most premium materials were sourced, samples selected, and decisions made based on seeing these items before any installation could proceed.
Programming the works so the flow was optimum and allowed the skilled craftsman as much space and time that was required whilst adhering to the overall main programme was paramount.
Concise communication with the client, so they felt informed and up to speed was key in getting quick decisions made, but ones they were happy with.
