Overview
An exquisite development near Regents Park. No compromise to detail or the luxurious finishes. A truly magnificent product complete with distinctiveness and opulence.
This refurbishment project consisted of the initial strip-out works to shell and core followed by the installation of new electrics, mechanical ventilation, audio visual, bespoke kitchen, bathrooms and furniture.
Key challenges
We worked closely with the client and designers, however there was ever changing details that we needed to manage and communicate the impact back to the client, so there were no budget surprises.
Our approach is heavily reliant on collaborative working within the team, with each party bringing their expertise to the fore to benefit the overall project goals
Our solutions
Pall Mall Consult provided a complete construction and management service. The client was fully informed of all progress on a regular basis, especially as he is based overseas.
The project was completed within programme and budget, even though several changes were made by the client and design team during the refurbishment.
