We had to work closely with the client, to initially set outline budgets, and detail how these were compiled. We had to ensure we understood the client’s key requirements and integrate them into our thought process.

We had to respond to the client in a timely manner, specifically when scenarios were adapted and changed throughout the process.

Pall Mall Refit worked closely with the interior designers in order to source and supply furniture, finishes, kitchens and bathrooms.

Extensive liaison was carried out with the estate management company to ensure full compliance with their health and safety regulations, access to site and working hours.

The project was completed within programme and substantial savings were made for the client using economical working systems developed by Pall Mall.

The apartment was successfully sold by the client at a very healthy profit margin, due mainly to the quality of materials, workmanship and efficient working systems.
