Key challenges
With all finishes being custom built, we had to rely on our extensive supply chain to support us in bringing our clients vision to life. This was a smart home, and the client was heavily involved in all decisions.
We had to be proactive in fulfilling the brief, but also reactive and responsive when things changed, which they did frequently. We had to manage all expectations from all stakeholders in this project, to ensure perfect delivery.
Our solutions
Pall Mall provided a full construction and management service. Special management was required to liaise with the managing agents of the freeholder especially when dealing with health and safety, working times and access.
The project was completed ahead of programme and within budget and the purchaser was able to move in on the exact day he had agreed at exchange of the property.
